Wrapping it up

As social media users we need to understand that our content is the first thing people will see when viewing our sites. We need to be sure that we not using a blog or any other social media site for negative reasons, but to get others involved and to expand our friends list. We can all learn from each other, and what better way to do so with a centralized site where we can view all the linked content we are interested in. Learn from each other, and take what we have learned and use it for positive reasons. Thank you for checking out my site!

Unit 7 Podcasting

Podcasting is a great way to get a short, meaningful message out to your audience about a subject you have experience in and want to share what you have learned with others. They should be planned according to your knowledge base, with clear and pronounced words. There is nothing more embarrassing than filling a 2-3 minutes voice over with a lot of "ums" and "uhs" because if you don't feel comfortable talking about it, your listeners will not feel comfortable listening to it. I have chosen "Discuss social media, describing how individuals can use these digital tools to advance their careers or reputations" and have targeted High school teenagers and young adults beginning their careers as younger crowds need to be sure they are using social media for the right reasons. Electronics are everywhere making it easy for people to capture your more... embarrassing moments and promote them online.
